Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

a. The challenge is open to all individuals who register online or directly at the booth.

b. Participants must comply with all instructions from facilitators during the competition.

2. Challenge Flow

a. Each participant is paired with a staff facilitator for a two-stage challenge: manual inspection and DigiSpect inspection of a truck tyre.

b. During the manual stage, participants inspect the demo tyre according to a checklist covering brand, model, size, tread depth, air pressure, and visual defects.

c. During the DigiSpect stage, participants use DigiSpect's wireless digital inspection tool and mobile app on the same tyre.

3. Scoring System

a. Speed score: total time to complete both manual and DigiSpect inspections. Fastest time wins.

b. Accuracy score: manual and DigiSpect Average Remaining Tread Depth measurements are compared for deviation. Smallest deviation wins.

c. Winners are determined by a weighted score of 50% speed and 50% accuracy.

4. Leaderboard & Prizes

a. The live leaderboard will be displayed on a big screen throughout the event.

b. Top hourly or daily scores may receive special badges or certificates, with notification via WhatsApp.

5. Documentation & Social Media

a. Organizers reserve the right to document challenge activities for promotional use on digital and social media platforms.

b. Participants are encouraged to share challenge experiences using the designated hashtags.

c. Selected posts may win additional merchandise and props.

6. General

a. Prizes, badges, certificates, and merchandise are awarded only to participants who complete the challenge according to the official rules.

b. Decisions of the organizers and facilitators are final and binding.

c. Dishonest or disruptive behavior may result in disqualification. By participating, entrants consent to these terms and to promotional documentation use.
